CaseFrames is operated by Juan de Dios García de Ves, a private individual based in Spain. Privacy requests go to the same e-mail address.

There is no contact form. Guest progress stays in your browser; players who sign in through Steam can export or delete their cloud account on their profile page. Deleted data can remain in the hosting provider's backups until they expire; the privacy policy explains how long, and how a deleted account is kept from coming back.
